Past to Apron, launched in 2020, presents a summer conference in June and a holiday themed conference in December. Each event presented a series of talks from authors, historians, chefs, curators, museum founders, cultural institutions and more. Topics highlighted various regions and timeframes. 

Past to Apron is delivered entirely online offering an on demand experience - the flexibility to view specific or all talks of interest at the moment they are aired, or on replay whether on the day or following.

Past to Apron - Summer Edition took place June 25 & 26 offering an all Weekend Pass or the Extended Viewing Pass (with viewing options through to July 10.
